Our Unfiltered Return Policy

We believe in our brew, which is why we have a true hassle-free return policy. If you’re not loving Jot for one reason or another, you can request a full refund within 20 days of purchase. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will let you know by email when your return has been processed.

Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please email customer service at hello@jot.co within 20 days of purchase, and include your order #, a photograph of the product or box if damaged or defective, and a detailed explanation for the refund request in order to obtain authorization.

Exceptions   

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Gifts with purchase such as Fellow mugs, MiiR tumbles, iced glasses, spoons, heating and frothing devices, accessories, and/or swag as part of a promotional add-on to your purchase.

Shipping

Coffee is a non-negotiable part of your day. We get it. That’s why we strive to fulfill all orders placed Monday through Friday by 4pm MT same-day (orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are fulfilled the following Monday). Once in the hands of our shipping partners, please allow 3-4 business days on average for delivery within the US. Certain remote areas may take up to 5-6 business days. If expedited shipping (overnight and guaranteed 2-day) is available, an additional cost will be calculated during checkout.

Ordering 2 or more bottles? We'll cover the cost of shipping for you.* More sipping, less shipping. Starting with just one bottle, this may be subject to a flat $7.95 shipping charge.

*For noncontiguous US (excluding military), free shipping starts at orders of 3 or more bottles. Orders of 1-2 bottles may be subject to a flat $10 shipping charge.
