Our Unfiltered Return Policy

At Jot, we stand behind the quality of our products, and as such want to ensure you to love your coffee. If you're not completely satisfied with your first order, we’re here to help. To be eligible for a refund:
  • You must contact us at hello@jot.co within 30 days of your first purchase to receive return instructions.
  • All items in the order must be returned in full. If your order included a welcome bundle or free gifts (including Fellow Mug, Iced Coffee Glasses, etc), those items must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • You must email tracking information for your return to hello@jot.co once it has shipped.
Please note:
  • Returns sent without prior contact with our support team or to the incorrect address will not be eligible for a refund.
  • This policy applies to first-time orders only.
  • We will not provide any refunds for products returned to us past 30 days from the initial purchase.

Shipping

Coffee is a non-negotiable part of your day. We get it. That’s why we strive to fulfill all orders within 1-2 business days (orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are often fulfilled the following Monday). Once in the hands of our shipping partners, please allow 3-6 business days on average for delivery within the US. Certain remote/non-contiguous areas may take up to 7-8 business days.

Shipping Costs 

We'll cover the cost of shipping on orders of $50+. More sipping, less shipping. Orders of less than $50 will be subject to a flat fee of $7.95.

*For noncontiguous US (excluding military), free shipping also starts at $50+. Orders of less than $50 may be subject to a flat $10.95 shipping charge.
