Our Unfiltered Returns Policy
We believe in our brew, which is why we have a true hassle-free return policy. If you’re not loving Jot for one reason or another, you can request a full refund within 20 days of purchase. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will let you know by email when your return has been processed.
To initiate a refund, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order #, a photograph of the product or box if damaged or defective, and a detailed explanation for the return in order to obtain authorization.
The following items cannot be returned:
● Gifts with purchase such as spoon, heating and frothing devices, accessories and/or schwag as part of a promotional add-on to your purchase.
● Returns request must be submitted within 20 days of the date of purchase.

Coffee is a non-negotiable part of your day. We get it. That’s why we strive to fulfill all orders placed Monday through Friday by 4pm MT same-day (orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are fulfilled the following Monday). Once in the hands of our shipping partners, please allow 2-3 business days on average for delivery within the US. Certain remote areas may take up to 4-5 business days. Expedited shipping (overnight and guaranteed 2-day) is available at an additional cost calculated during checkout.
For standard Ground transportation (2-3 days average transit time) a $6 charge will apply to orders of one bottle. All 2+ bottle orders qualify for free Ground shipping within the US. Additional charges may apply for expedited and/or international shipping.
