Our Unfiltered Return Policy

We believe in our brew, which is why we have a true hassle-free return policy. If you’re not loving Jot for one reason or another, you can request a refund within 30 days of your first purchase. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will let you know by email when your return has been processed.

Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please email customer service at hello@jot.co within 30 days of your first purchase, and include your order #, a photograph of the product or box if damaged or defective, and a detailed explanation for the refund request in order to obtain authorization.

Exceptions   

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Gifts with purchase such as Fellow mugs, MiiR tumbles, iced glasses, spoons, heating and frothing devices, accessories, and/or swag as part of a promotional add-on to your purchase.

Shipping

Coffee is a non-negotiable part of your day. We get it. That’s why we strive to fulfill all orders within 1-2 business days (orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are often fulfilled the following Monday). Once in the hands of our shipping partners, please allow 3-6 business days on average for delivery within the US. Certain remote/non-contiguous areas may take up to 7-8 business days.

Shipping Costs 

 

We'll cover the cost of shipping on orders of 3 or more bottles. More sipping, less shipping. Orders of 2 or fewer bottles include a flat fee of $3.95-7.95.

*For noncontiguous US (excluding military), free shipping also starts at orders of 3 or more bottles. Orders of 1-2 bottles may be subject to a flat $10.95 shipping charge.
