Being diabetic I've learned that using cinnamon helps with blood glucose. Finding a coffee with cinnamon in it is fantastic and tastes great too.

Beats any coffee shop version

I love this pumpkin spice blend! It is flavorful, robust, and does not taste artificial like some other brands out there! It's my favorite and works well iced or hot. I prefer to make my Jot for lattes and everyone that tries my coffee end up falling in love!
