Ive tried a few coffee concentrates (nespresso, javvy) and Jot by far is the best. It's not bitter, the added flavor is subtle but natural and not overpowering. I love jot!!

I add a tsp to my Delight cold coffee every work day. I used to get Stök but Jot tastes sooooo much better! Also the packaging with Jot is always neat and clean, and customer service is amazing! The other brand has plastic and foil singles and would break open during shipping. Yuk!
