Cold
Cinnamon Vanilla Protein Latte
• 10-12oz milk (dairy or non-dairy)
• 2 scoops Jot Protein Coffee
• 1 tsp sweetener
• 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/8 tsp cinnamon
Combine milk, Protein Coffee, vanilla and sweetener with a milk frother or shake in a shaker bottle. Serve poured over ice and sprinkled with cinnamon.
Cold
Mocha Protein Frappe
• 10oz milk
• 1/2 cup ice
• 2 scoops Jot Protein Coffee
• 1 tbsp cocoa powder
• 1/2-1 tbsp maple syrup (optional or to taste)
Combine all ingredients in a blender and begin blending on low. Increase to high speed to crush ice finely and incorporate air into beverage. Pour frappe into a glass and top with whipped cream (if indulging).
Ice Cold
• 20oz milk
• 2 tbsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice (optional or to taste)
• 4 Scoop Jot Protein Coffee
Combine the milk, Protein Coffee powder, and sweetener in a pourable container. For best results, shake in a shaker bottle or use a frothing wand until mixed. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top to allow for expansion as they freeze.

Each serving contains 25g of protein and 170mg of caffeine (about a cup and a half of coffee), for just 110 calories and less than a gram of sugar.
How do I make Protein Coffee?
Protein Coffee can be made in seconds while providing hours of fullness, focus, and energy. Start with just two scoops in a tall glass, add cold water or milk, and mix it up. Add your favorite creamer, a splash of sweetener, throw it in a smoothie, or drink it straight for a smooth, delicious, latte-like experience.
Want to make a hot cup, just be careful not to boil the water? By keeping the water at or below 160°F so as not to denature the protein and cause clumping.
How many servings in a bag? What's the shelf life?
Each bag of Jot Protein Coffee contains 15 servings, each serving delivering 25g of quality protein and 170mg of caffeine (equivalent to about a cup and a half of coffee).
Jot Protein Coffee has a two year shelf life when stored properly. Once opened, ensure the bag is sealed tightly, and store in a cool, dry place.
