Perimenopause is all up in my shit so I'm trying to get more protein. Before bed I shake up whey protein and jot in some filtered (higher protein, lower sugar) milk and leave it in the fridge. In the morning I drink it while I do my wake-up doom scroll and have been waking up this way for a year. It is the best favor out of all the one I've tasted. Second best is pumpkin spice. I really wish the White Chocolate Raspberry was part of the sub box because it's the best favor and nothing else tastes as good that one. It's fantastic!
