Not only will this recipe save you from paying coffeehouse prices for your fall PSL fix, the Jot Pumpkin Spice Latte lets you decide just how much sugar and how much spice to put in it.

Like all our Jot recipes, with the Jot PSL, you’re in control. If you want to add whipped cream and caramel syrup, sure. If you want to make it vegan, instead, go for it.

Plus, this recipe is for how to make a PSL at home...using Jot Ultra Coffee concentrate, which means there’s nothing basic about it.

Here’s how to make a Jot Pumpkin Spice Latte:

Jot Pumpkin Spice Latte

  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 tbsp Jot liquid coffee concentrate
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice, plus more for sprinkling on top
  • whipped cream
Add milk, Jot, pumpkin puree, and sugar to a saucepan over low heat. Whisk until hot, but do not boil. Remove the saucepan from the heat and whisk in the vanilla and pumpkin pie spice. Finish with whipped cream and a sprinkle of extra pumpkin pie spice if desired.
