While we recommend using Dark Ultra Coffee concentrate for this recipe so that the full-bodied coffee taste really shines through, it’s totally fine to make it with Original Ultra Coffee.

And because Jot is all about pure potential, you can change it up however you’d like. If you want to make it vegan, just substitute a rich non-dairy milk, such as oat or almond milk. If you want to make yours a little more or less sweet, just adjust the amount of simple syrup you add. (And, if you’re 21+ and you want to add a little kicker of whisky to it, you go ahead and treat yourself.)

Jot Ultra Peppermint Mocha
- 8 oz milk
- 3 tbsp unsweetened chocolate
- 1 tbsp Jot Ultra Coffee concentrate
- 1–2 tbsp peppermint simple syrup
- whipped cream
- chocolate shavings for garnish
